I rekindled my love of baking in 2010. After a short flirtation with opening a café in 2011, grim reality took hold and it fell through . However, since then I have been involved in some inspiring events around the UK that have needed catering and FOH assistance.

In 2015 I trained as a Barista , worked in 2 very busy coffee shops in Birmingham City centre and then later went on to run Front of House at Buddy’s 232 for a year. I baked cakes as well as keeping things in order and to a high standard when it came to customer service, food hygiene and consistently good coffee.

I also set up a small cake baking business for events and functions.
